What is the Sigenergy Installer Program?
The Sigenergy Installer Program is a comprehensive initiative that offers certification, incentives, and continuous support to solar installers who are committed to delivering high-quality installations of Sigenergy products. The program is structured to cater to various levels of engagement, from Certified Installers to Silver and Gold Installers, each with its own set of benefits and requirements.
Certification Levels and Incentives
Gold Installer: Top 10% of each market, top scores in service workload, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Silver Installer: Top 10%-30% of each market, meeting specific service and performance criteria.
Certified Installer: Basic level, meeting minimum requirements.
Performance-Based Rewards
Points Accumulation:
Products: Points per kW/kWh installed (e.g., Sigen Energy Controller: 7 points/kW).
Multiplier: Gold Installers (x1.2 points), Silver Installers (x1.1 points), Certified Installers (x1.0 points).
Exclusive Rewards: Top-tier performance-based rewards, including higher point multipliers for installations.
Priority Support: Access to dedicated technical support and priority service for project commissioning.

We offer direct support across all channels with dedicated touchpoints for Sigenergy-specific technical support. As a certified service center for Sigenergy, Iseli manages spare parts and warranty swap-outs, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of technical issues for our partner clients.
We provide two dedicated design engineers specializing in 3D design, single-line diagrams, sizing, site layouts, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), and comprehensive site assessments. Additionally, we offer additional support for project commissioning, particularly for initial installations or challenging projects.
Exclusive and priority access to Sigenergy Product Range tailored to meet diverse project requirements. Priority allocation of products and components, ensuring timely delivery and project continuity.
We collaborate with the Sigenergy marketing team to offer videography and digital syndication of successful projects to local and global audiences. This partnership ensures that our EPC clients gain enhanced visibility.

Credit and Financing
We offer a range of credit solutions to our eligible clients from our internal 30 day credit facility with a credit line up to 5million from date of invoice, to our third party partners Odyssey Energy Finance and Lulapay facilities that are specifically geared to free up cash flow for ease of operations with extended credit limits.
Systems Design
We offer range of Sigenergy solutions to suit any project. Based on your site assessment and project guidelines we design on your behalf the optimum Solar Solution. Our Sigenergy commercial systems are modular and scalable, allowing for easy system expansion and simplifying your needs. We also provide commissioning support to ensure the success of your installation.
